Sale or Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Recommendations: For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service when returning them to us. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
